who is richard bresovec?

my payments to ebay shipping are showing up in paypal as going to richard brezovec.  Called paypal and they redirected me to ebay who hung up on me.  Have sent an e-mail to paypal but no response.  Does everyone show their payments to this person?  Once I click into the details, it shows ebay shipping but it still worries me!

This is a bunch of CRAP THAT eBAY NEEDS TO ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY.  I don't appreciate wasting my time and feeling upset about thinking I may have sent my item to the wrong person or someone is scamming my Ebay account and trying to figure out what the **bleep** is happening.

    This is a totally unacceptable level of service if it has gone on for more than two ours, especially without some caveat/notice to users of the error.

I too am bugging out over here over who the **** is Richard Brezovec !!!!! First I thought I sent an item to the sameperson twice then as I looked it was every ebay shipping payment as Richard Brezovec. As of now I am frantic that someone has got into my account and I am sending all my money to a hacker of some sort. Nervous wreck. Can't get though to any customer support on ebay because its the WORST EVER! If anyone hears anything about this PLEASE let me know ASAP SO I AM NOT LOSING SLEEP OVER WHO THE HECK IS RICHARD BREZOVEC!!!

Any payments sent that are going to that account are winding up in the correct place.  This issue is not due to a breach of any accounts, it's a known issue that we are attempting to pin down and resolve. I completely understand the level of anxiety involved with this; money going to unknown parties is never a good deal.  But I can assure you that there are no problems with the payments themselves and you will get the services you are paying for.

On Friday, I discovered the same problem with misdirect funds to Richard Bresovec. Not only did I discover dozens of fraudulent transactions back to at least October, but the January 28 withdrawal for shipping fees was taken from my personal checking account that is linked to Pay Pal. That got my attention. I've posted dozens of complaints in the "resolution center" and have yet to get a reply from Pay Pal.

Later on Friday, when I attempted to pull up directories with the Richard Bresovec name, "Bresovec" was changed to "eBay Inc. Shipping,l" thus making it nearly impossible to spot fraudulent transactions in a directory.

Just a quick follow up to let you know that this issue was resolved over the weekend. As Andy mentioned, all shipping payments were processed normally and all labels printed are valid.
