my payments to ebay shipping are showing up in paypal as going to richard brezovec. Called paypal and they redirected me to ebay who hung up on me. Have sent an e-mail to paypal but no response. Does everyone show their payments to this person? Once I click into the details, it shows ebay shipping but it still worries me!
I just printed out 2 labels and noticed in PayPal, the "Payment To" was to Richard Brezovec and NOT Ebay! Usually it would say Ebay, is that NOT correct! Please advise...
I noticed the same thing in mine. I have been on hold with Paypal for 25 minutes. I did a google search of the name. Richard Brezovec is the Sr. Treasury Analyst at eBay.
I still want an answer though. I'll stay on hold all day.
I just finished talking to both Ebay & to PayPal and all both could say was that this was an error they are working on fixing and that Richard Brezovic actually works in the corporate financial office of Ebay. I got thru right away on the phone and spoke with humans at both places, I was making a payment to my ebay account thru PayPal and wondered why it didn't post and went to check and saw this man's name and went nuts thinking I was being scammed yet again so I called them both. All both places can say is that they are receiving numerous inquiries about this same issue and they are working on this issue. They do show I made a payment on their end and it has not posted yet. Trust me, I will be watching them like I always do and I would suggest everyone do the same!
Remember, even if Richard Brezovec gives all the money to the post office, he still pockets 1% in cashback with his paypal card. For every million, he pockets $10,000 because of us. You know this money goes straight to his debit card. I think I will use Stamps.com from now on.
