Shipping and Handling Fees not showing up on confirmation emails from PayPal

The handling charge is NOT being reflected in the payments receipt sent to buyers nor does it show in the email we receive with subject line "Notification of Payment Received". It shows "0" in Shipping & Handling section of email but the total does add the handling to show the correct amount.

The transaction in the account shows up with correct fees but email notifications are incorrect.

 

For example


Cost $10

Handling $2

Total = $12

 

in the emails it shows

Cost $10

Shipping & Handling 0

Total $10

 

However when the subject line says "Payment received from email address of buyers" all shows up fine. The difference we see is that instead of "Shipping & handling" the email text only has "Handling" with the right amounts.
