The labor disputes have now deteriorated into a full lockout. Effective June 15th, 2011 all mail service has been stopped until further notice. This lockout impacts all Canada domestic mail, U.S. and international shipments, as well as shipments into Canada sent through foreign postal carriers such as USPS or Royal Mail.
