I have a hard time believing this is true, but trying to prin a label directly from Paypal, to a Paypal CONFIRMED ADDRESS, I get this message:
Please note, the shipping address is different from the U.S. Postal Service's recommended address. The U.S. Postal Service recommends this shipping address:
And, NO OPTION to print the label anyway? Am I missing something? The only buttons I get are the continue / cancel button, no option to overrride. I hit continue multiple times, and always get brought back. Even at the USPS site, you can override this message - why not here.
Did I mention that Paypal calls the address in question confirmed?
Maddening, but if I'm missing something I'd love to be shown the error of my ways.
Thanks,
Chris

Chris, relax man, this is easy. Usually the problem is that USPS is strict about abbreviations. Every time I get this error, I hit the "edit" button under the customer address and find something like "St. Louis" in the city name. USPS wants "Saint Louis" without the abbreviation.
The reason I think it's showing confirmed is that Paypal confirms addresses by matching it up to the address associated to the credit card on file and that is less stringent than the USPS address requirements. In any case, modify the address to the one USPS recommends and you'll be fine.
