Can someone please tell me the cheapest and best way to ship any item outside the USA and still fall under seller protection? Since my funds are held until paypal confirms item received I need to avoid getting **bleep**ed for lost items, items held by customs or any item that may have been received but customer is saying that it was never received(happened to a friend of mine, she got **bleep**ed and was forced to refund the entire payment). Also can I print this type of international shipping label using ebay/papal?
