I am just starting with paypal intergration into my website and for now just have one product to sell. I can only find under seller preferences the option to offer different payments based on quatity / weight but not based on destination of buyer. I have seen other sellers offer this option so know it must be possible. I have also found the functionality for the US as USA seller but cant' find this as UK seller. Is this possible and if so how / where do I locate this fucntionality. Do I need a certain level of paypal business account?
