susanlynn- I may have an answer to your question. Depending on how the payment is processed, you may not have the option to print a label. If the payment is a "personal" payment or for "services", our system doesn't include shipping information (since those would not be something that would be mailed), and for that your wouldn't have the ability to ship. If you're receiving payments for "goods", you should always have the option to print a shipping label.
