Unused SHIPPING LABEL...how do i get a refund?

I purchased a shipping label for an order and I couldnt get it to print so I purchased another label and I eventually got the printing issue figured out but I am trying to get a refund for my unused label and I dont see where that is an option.  You can clearly see on my ebay order that there are 2 labels printed for the same order and also one printed seperately and to tell you the truth I ended up going to usps.com and doing it there thinking I would maybe have to option to email the label so I could pull it up and print it somewhere else like the library or somewhere.  So I really think I have been billed for 2 labels that are not being used but at this point im so confused Ill be happy with a refund on the one!  this is the tansaction # 5AU06556D4936921B  hopefully ill get some help here.

if you use paypal you should be able to go into your account and pull up the transaction for the label & there is a button on there to request a refund for the label & then it asks you the reason. And "unused" should be one of the reasons listed.
