Can't ship via UPS due to wrong contact info.

I have always used UPS through paypal to ship with but today when I tryed to ship it said the contact info I had entered didn't match what was on file at UPS.  I went to the hyperlink for UPS and checked and the info is the same.  How do I solve this problem, I need to ship an item ASAP.  Thanks

I've been having the same issue for a while now.  I tried to call UPS, but they were of no help.  If anyone gets resolution to this, please post it!  TIA!  :^)

under selling preferences, shipping preferences

under ups information, delete account

under ups information, add new account

select i DO NOT have a usp account

yadda yadda

i assume this creates a new ups account, yet this is what paypal cust service will tell you to do if you call them.
