Is Anyone Else Having a Problem Printing Shipping Labels?

I have viewed other posts here for the past few days.  People having problems with printing/shipping labels?  I am having a problem this evening, and haven't shipped for a few weeks.  Wondering if it is Paypal or at my end?  Any comments would be appreciated. Smiley Surprised

I too am having issues printing labels. I get a message saying an internal error has occurred.  I have 20 labels to print for my business, this is very frustrating! I printed labels last week with no problem so I will send Paypal an email and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Me too!  PayPal's system won't let me create a UPS shipping label becuase it "thinks" that my PayPal contact info doesn't match my UPS contact info, but it defintely does.  I can't call to get PayPal to correct it because it's after hours so this **bleep** and is an inconvenienceSmiley Sad

I've been trying to print all day and I get the same message as you do.  Here it is:

"The contact information you submitted does not match the information on file for your UPS account. Either update your UPS account information by visiting www.ups.com or update the information below."

I have no idea what to do because the info in both places is identical.  Do they ever have a phone number to call for help?

Try looking VERY and ridiculously close.  I could not verify my account for a week one time and it turned out the address registered with the bank had a "period" at the end of the word "Ave." and the Paypal address just said "Ave" w/o any periods at all.  This is how ridiculous it is sometimes!!! Look for commas as well, also if the address is on the same line as the one registered with UPS, USPS, of Paypal.  These things are so dumb, but somehow set the system off.  Anyways, just a thought.  Hope it works out for you.

under selling preferences, shipping preferences

under ups information, delete account

under ups information, add new account

select i DO NOT have a usp account

yadda yadda

 

i assume this creates a new ups account, yet this is what paypal cust service will tell you to do if you call them.
