Anyone used the "free" if out of a bank account to send money to family members? My son tried to send to me and even though it says it is free if it comes out of a paypal balance or a bank account paypal wanted $9 to do it. I called cust serv and got nowhere. They said it was probably because his bank account and backup funding were not verified but both are.
