do i have to have funds in my paypal account to pay for an item on ebay. Or can it just pull it straight from my bank account when i go to pay. Are there any different steps when i got to pay?
You don't need to have funds in your bank account to pay. When you send a payment, PayPal will withdraw funds from your bank account... the payment will be instant if you have a credit card or a debit card linked to your PayPal account. Otherwise, the payment will be an echeck which takes 3-5 business days to clear.
