Welcome to the boards!
When a purchase is made via iTunes, iTunes sends a separate purchase notification, detailing the downloads, to the email address they have on file for you. If you did not receive this email and you've checked your junk and spam folders, the next best bet would be to reach out directly to iTunes for a recent purchase history.
