I'm about to bid on an expensive item, the seller has great feedback and I don't think it's a scam. But just in case I win the bid and it is a scam i was wondering how the transaction is processed?
I remember a long time ago Paypal used to hold payments until a shipment notification was sent to the buyer. Is this still going on?? I'd then, feel more comfortable about paying for a high priced item if that was the case.
