IN THE PAST I HAVE BEN ABLE TO TRANSFER FUNDS THROUGH A WIRE FROM MY BANK TO POKER STARS.
WITH PAY PAL - LAST WEEK I SENT A TRANSFER AND THE BANK REJECTED IT - CAN I DEPOSIT CASH IN
MY PAY-PAL ACCOUNT AND HAVE IT TRANSFERRED TO POKER STARS?
