Hello. I have a couple of questions. First, my estimated funds availability date is today, Jan. 1st yet it's still in pending. I shipped using USPS and uploaded the tracking info. Because the buyer wanted me to ship using standard mail, I was unable to get a point by point tracking info. The post office did provide tracking info as I had the item insured however when I track said item, it states no Info available. I assume it will only post when item is actually received? What do I have to do to access my Funds? Does the buyer have to mark the item as received? Secondly, when the Funds do become available can I transfer them to another account that is not mine? I would like to forward my funds to someone else. Is this allowed? Finally, how can I have my eBay seller fees subtracted from my paypal balance? Thank you for your help...
