I just got a paypal account not too long ago and I am trying to make my FIRST payment of the minimum, it is NOT letting me make a payment!! I am trying to make the payment with my bank card. how do I make a payment (the payment papers, I no longer have & the bill is due today)???? I dont wanna be charged with any late fees.. HELP!
