I had the same error.  I have been battling this the last couple of months.  Tickets open, no responses.  I just successfully completed the transaction using the Firefox browser.  Just prior, I tried one more time with IE9, and it failed the same.  It may just be an IE9 compatibility issue.

I have a client having issues on IE9 too. No issues on FF, Safari or Chorme. I think it has to do with the security settings and cookies in IE9. I dont have a PC to check right now, but that is my theory. Can anyone check and post to confirm my theory?
