Welcome to the boards!
In the US, there are two options for becoming Verified:
1. Add and confirm a bank account; or,
2. Apply and be instantly approved for Smart Connect, the Extras MasterCard or Bill Me Later
If you're not interested in a line of credit, you might look into obtaining a bank account. In many instances you can even sign up online and the account is free.
Thanks!
Adrian
