Can I could add $60 USdollars with a MoneyPak(prepaid paypal card) to my paypal account and keep my account from ever using any Credit or Debit card information?
If I do this will I be able to purchase a product that requires Euros? I understand the foreign currency exchange fees already. So please do not explain that.
My ONLY problem is that I am NOT going to use ANY BANK INFORMATION at all...

When I fill out my paypal order on the merchant's website, will I need more information (such as a bank card information) or will I only need to login my paypal account?
Will the money be instantly transferred from my paypal's current balance? (which is 60 USdollars)
