II need to send money to from my PayPal acct to someone's email address. Can they access the $$ instantly or does it really take 2-3 business days to verify their bank acct once they are asked to set up a PayPal acct.?
Need for her to have instant access and I got conflicting information from the phone operator I spoke to at PayPal.
If the payment sent is funded as an instant fund transfer (meaning you have a bank account & credit card linked to your PayPal account), or a credit card--the receipient would get the funds into their PayPal account immediately.
They would need to allow 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in their bank account.
