New to paypal need help

alright i know awhile back you had to set up your credit card or bank account on paypal to use the fund's in your account..

do i still need to do that or can i get money for the item i sold an just spend it on ebay or to another recipent please lmk asap thanks

You have to attach a bank account and go through the verification process.
