Moneypak and paypal! Cant use it!

Hello, I just today bought a GreenDot Moneypak and i funded my account. But i cant use it for anything. It wants me to verify a credit card. I dont have one and it is frustrating because i was assuming i could use it easily but that isnt the case. And since i already funded the account i cant use the moneypak to fund a prepaid card for GreenDot. Please tell me what the problem is!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe PayPal needs you to confirm that you're, well, you.  The purpose of verification is so that PayPal can use an independent 3rd party to determine that your identity is true and accurately stated in your PayPal account.  Moneypak's can be sold without verification.  Do you see the problem now?
