I am living in the Philippines, retired US citizen, with a bank account in the US. My account with PayPal is showing it as a Peso account. I want to change it to US dollars because my buying is done on the US eBay. How do I go about this? I am being charged a currency fee for every transaction in US. The bank account is in US dollars, this stinks of a RIP-OFF!!!!
