I purchased a product for the agreed upon price of $4.95. When the page went back to the conformation page it informed me that I would be charged $124.95 in 31 days. I did not agree to that. What can I do to stop any firther charges to my account?
I had the same thing happen with that Hydroxitone company. They are major scam artists and this is not defamitory as you can google it and find it all over the net.
I spoke to someone at paypal and they refunded my $ right away with the charges that I did not agree to. Unfortunately, you either have to get with the company that scammed you and tell them to stop the charges and hopefully, get an agreement via email OR wait until they actually charge you and at that time, call paypal.
