I need to pay for an Item. I've been trying to pay all morning. I have MORE than enough money to pay for it. It's just Paypal that won't let me.
Everytime I try to add my card to my account, it says that another account is already using it. There was only one other account that was possible in and that account is closed.
I tried searching for other accounts that may have it using the account recovery thing, but paypal kept on saying that it could not find any matches to my information.
This is incredibly frustrating. I need to pay by the end of the day, and I just want to be done with it.
I don't have any other cards or a bank account.
