I want my PayPal PLUGIN (Please?!!!)

Like others that have posted previously, I wish to PETITION PayPal to please NOT CANCEL the PayPal PlugIn.

I am long-standing Merchant Account holder and I have made frequent use of this invaluable tool. 
The reaons that make it so compelling are:

1. A card that is backed by your PayPal account is PERFECT for shopping online at the millions of sites that do not accept PayPal currently.
2. A single use card offers SECURITY beyond anything else available anywhere, certainly more so than the actual plastic counterpart.
3. The receipts locker is ultra CONVENIENT for keeping track of purchases and for reconciliation at tax time.

Please, PLEASE, reconsider and DO NOT CANCEL the PlugIn.  If your issues are mainly with software maintenance and browser compatibility, then make it available for only those operating systems and browsers that you can easily support.  Those of us that feel the need to continue using this great tool, will adapt.  Those that do not wish to adapt, can just live without - why deny the rest of us?

I also am in 100% agreement that I do not want to lose the plugin / secure card.   I wonder what we need to do to get the powers that be to leave the plugin alone and go on with their other business?

In the event that PayPal is listening to us at all,  maybe they should send out a survey of the users to see if we feel it is a great product or not.   I personally was not asked if I like it or if they should discontinue it..... As a user of this and other PayPal services, I thought that they would ask the users if it is a worthwhile product.

    I agree completely, I use the plugin regularly and enjoy the one time card use. I think it's a mistake to cancel.

I will be using PayPal quite a bit less if this happens.

I guess PayPal doesn't make enough money on it and so are spending more effort promoting Paypal stores where they think there is more money to be made.

How about SERVICE to your CUSTOMERS and "the easy way to pay on line" and less about GREED ??

This tool is one of PayPal's most valuable features. I would gladly pay a reasonable annual or monthly fee in order to continue to have access to a single-use debit card generator tied to my PayPal account.

The plug-in itself (from a software standpoint) definitely had issues and was a little clunky. So... I guess I can understand the development going by the wayside. But as a feature, the single-use cards (and the multi-use cards, for that matter) have been invaluable to me.

I'm hunting for other solutions. Anyone find something?

I'm not about to use the PayPal credit card, which means I will now be using PayPal less than I was, which does not seem to be good business on your part.

I am heartbroken to learn of this ending. What is the date that the PayPal Plugin will stop working????  Hate loosing such a good friend.
