I can't lift spending limit!

Before any of you says anything, i am not using a credit card so i will not get a bank statement, and, i do not feel comfortable entering my bank account numbers. I am using a pre-loaded American Expess card. I would like to know if this is possible to send with. Thank you for your help.

you should be ok also you might try a   prepaid  visa,  walmart and just about everybody has them   just be sure to  call  the card company and have them put your mailing address on file with the card  you might also think about getting an account from ING.com just use it for ebay/paypal easy to open and you can have your accout numbers in seconds

The same infor paypal will need when you add your bank account is on every check you write.

Some user open a "free" bank account and us that with paypal only.

if you dont want to add a bank account, your only other option is to apply and be accepted for a PayPal Extras MasterCard®.
