So I bought something off Ebay, I had the $$ but Paypal cancelled/refused the sale because someone hacked into my account when I attempted to pay for it and my account was frozen. Account is now frozen but on Ebay it says payment was sent and can't find out how to resubmit payment....I don't know seller's email so I can't just send it to them....how can I resumbit the payment so this seller will calm down and realise that I'm not stiffing him?
