Can anyone help me with this. It's listing my funds as available, I haven't reached my limit on funds, but it won't let me send any money.
For some reason they were able to get it work to pay GOOGLE'S fees.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
