Im from Serbia and i work in Bosnia. I needed paypal to do some online payment to verified acc. All i need is to receive money on my paypal and spend it online. That's all. Do i need to verify my acc cuz of that ? And what is the best option for ONLINE USAGE ONLY for me.
P.S.. I think I must use paypal cuz other one whom i need to send money often use only paypal.
