E-check is no longer an option on my send payment page?

In the past I have used e-check to send money. Now I cannot find that option on my send money page though I am told the option still exists. Any suggestions on where to find it?

2112-  So, here's a little behind the scenes on how our systems work sometimes.  If you have a balance in your PayPal account, and you don't want to use it, your only option would be the full payment via echeck.  If you have no balance but both a credit card and bank on file, then you would not have an echeck, and here's why.  Having both of those on file means that you'll have the Instant Transfer payment method available. We still use the bank, but PayPal essentially pays for the transaction ourselves, then we wait the normal echeck timeframes to repay ourselves.  So with that quicker option available, you wouldn't have the slower echeck option.  But it would still come from your bank.
