I am sure to many of you this may seem like a stupid question, but do they insure you receive your purchase and help recover monies exchanged if product is not delivered? I am looking at buying a puppy online and having her shipped to me. I am still awaiting an email back from the gentleman. I have expressed my concerns for this transaction because I feel like he could be a spammer (not anything he said). I have recently lost my dog of 12 years and am having a hard time finding a puppy locally. He claims he has a new job and can not spend any time w/the pup and is just interested in finding her a good home. He wants 150 in shipping costs, which is fine with me, but whats the safest way to make sure he is sending the puppy and not pocketing my money. I feel like I'm going to be having a stand off at sunset... I signed up for pay pal because my husband uses in on ebay and requires any online buying go through them, so if I have this guy sign up for pay pal and we do the exchange this way, does it mean I have a means of recourse?
