I'm from Malaysia and I've recently verified my paypal account with a debit card.
I wanted to purchase a product that's around US$500, and have deposited that much amount of money into my debit card.
I thought that when there's no balance in my account, Paypal will automatically pull funds from my debit card.
But it's telling me that there are no balance in my account and that I need to deposit money into my paypal account. That would be impossible as only US citizens get to deposit money into pp account.
I tested and found that Paypal will only pull funds from my debit card of not more than US$10. Why is that so?
What can I do about it?
