i was given the go ahead to raffle my london home now paypal is stalling to reinstate the raffle when i recieved the go ahead from the council to continue
there is also another rafling as we speak this cannot be fair when i ahve complied with a the laws and regulations and paypal will not even return my calls
Its against paypal rules to use paypal in this way.
So you are not abiding by all regulations as you are breaking the paypal agreement you agreed to when you opened your paypal account and are violating their policy to use paypal for raffles / lottery.

firstly ii was given the go ahed by paypal to proceed next ther is currently another raffle win a country house which is going through paypal i know as i purchased tickets so how can one man raffle his home through pay and i am not able to continue after being allowed to start in the 1st palce
once again you can legally not have one rule for one person and another rule for others paypal are currently running a raffle
winacountryhouse so what is the difference between my raffle and his raffle we are both raffling of our homes i have complied with the the council and the gambling act 2005 exactally the same as the other raffle this is discrimination as to why i have appealled and also email the ceo of paypal as i feel this is not acceptable and thousands of people are asking me when they can purchase tickets as their dreams have been shattered
