Paypal Access Card - Cannot signup.

Hi there,

 

I have gone onto the access card link and setup a billing agreement for the paypal access card.

 

Once that is done I get a message "Click ‘Home’ on the menu on the left to continue. You need to confirm your Billing Agreement using the same details you gave in your card application."

 

There is no 'Home' on the menu, I cannot click it. What do I do?

Same problem here, I called up the CS line and they told me to send a screenshot to - cardsupport AT paypalaccesscard.co.uk

Which I Did earlier today.

I have had the same message and next day it chnaged to "Your Application Unsuccessfull".

I still get the - 

Billing Agreement

With no home button

No response from the customer service email either, I sent two emails.

Sent in a ticket/email via paypal itself, got a robotic response which was of no help
