payment hasn't arrived?

someone says they have made a transfer to me, but after 24 hour it is still not showing in my paypal account and I haven;t received any notification. they have used the correct email address. What could be wrong?

You may have supplied the correct email addy but did they make a typo?

How was the payment made?

Whatever you do don't send any goods until the funds are in your paypal balance.
