On april 30th i sold an item to a guy. from my mobile phone i did a paypal money request. i then logged into my paypal account and it looked as if the payment was there. i then sent the item to the guys verified paypal address with tracking and signature confirmation. the item was delivered in 2 days as he wanted and the tracking information showed his signature for recieving the package. then it got confusing. he said i didnt accept the payment so it went back to him. this is crazy. i sent another payment request and somehow he cancelled my payment request himself. how can he do that. still havent collected payment. have shipping and tracking info and delivery completion info and i have all the info on him too. . what can i do time is running out, thanks for your help in advance.
