Trying to send money via Friends and Family but when I click on page it just refreshes

As it says in the title,  I go to the Send Money page,  choose Friends and Family.  And the page simply refreshes.

How do I get to the next page?

So frustrating.

I am sorry to hear that you are having these issues. Can I ask if you have tried clearing cookies & cache? You may also try a different browser or device to log into your PayPal account. Hopefully this will help you to fix the issue and complete the payment.

I used a different browser and it worked.  Completely shutting the computer off and turning it back on didn't work,  but switching browsers did.
