Sent e-checks on paypal but won't have the funds in my account?

So i've sent a number of e-checks to different sellers thinking I would be paid on August 30th in time to cover all the payments which should have cleared on Sept 1st. I've now realised that I won't be paid until two weeks later!!

I am 17, will I be charged by my bank or by paypal if the cheques don't clear because I don't have the funds or will they just cancel the payment?

Is there anything I can do now?

Hi salomesalkind,

Welcome to our Community Forum,

kernowlass is right. I'm afraid you need to be 18 to use a PayPal account so I suggest you close your account as soon as you can to avoid complications going forward.

To answer your orginal query, if you don't have sufficent funds in your bank account, the eCheques will not clear and the transactions in question will be cancelled. Your Seller will be notifed of this by email.

I hope that makes sense and thanks for posting,

Conor
