Welcome to our Community Forum
As kernowlass mentioned, you must have opted to use Pay After Delivery as your default method of payment at some point or other.
If this feature is not for you, you can easily switch if off like this:
- Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- On the left, click My money.
- Beside ‘Bank accounts’, click Update.
- Under 'Paying after delivery is my preferred way to pay', click Turn this option off.
