Ok, say a buyer doesn't have PayPal, and their to send money to my email, now the help topics don't go into anything and I want to be able to answer any questions that may arise, and the email on file is my primary email, How does this process work? Does the buyer call or go to his financial institute or their website and send it to just my email or is there something i'm missing becase my email doesn't go to PayPal. Is there an email address I don't know about?  Could someone please explain it to me?

If a buyer wants to use the Send Money feature, he or she "must" have a PayPal Account.  Then all you do is provide that person with your PayPal Account email address.

This method is really not recommended if you are the seller.  As a seller, you should have either a Premier or Business Account.  Then you can simply send the buyer an invoice or provide them with a web page so that they can make the purchase.  This not only helps protect you as a seller, it also allows your buyer to simply pay using a credit card without having a PayPal Account.
