Pending transaction

Right then......... I have been in contact with Paypal and the merchant about this issue, neither of these have solved it 

I have looked at how to cancel a payment when pending, can't do this either. The payment has been cancelled by me via the merchants phone call. My Paypal account still shows pending payment, how do I clear this off my account???? Anyone pleeeease......

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.

Its ridiculous they hold our money back from us, like right now i have 150$ i cant even touch and i had a light bill to pay 3 days ago. Called up paypal they tell me theres nothing they can do to remove the hold so really paypal and i mean this thank you for nothing.
