Paypal won't let me buy anything

This just started today. When I go to buy something with my paypal it says "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

My account is verified. 

I have heard of 24 bans for secuirty reasons, is that what is happening with me?

I did recently make a few large purchases.

I’m sorry to hear about this.

Sometimes a payment attempt may be denied for security reasons, however it may also be a web browser issue.

Have you tried clearing cash & cookies, changing the web browser or changing the device?

If it won’t help, I would recommend you calling PayPal Customer Services by clicking onto Contact us on any PayPal page as they will be able to review your account and recommend the best course of action.

I can't buy anything saying return to merchant my money is in there just came available but I can't purchase nothing. What do I do ?
