Payment into my account

Hi, i am trying to sell some items to America, i have given the person my email address but he says that when he enters it to paypal they tell him their is no such account ,,,,,how is this possible,,,,the items for sale are not that expensive $175 , he said the first time he tried paypal wanted my full name as well as the email address, he commented that he thought this was a new thing....i have no messages on my account page saying i have to update anything , so i really dont understand what is happening,

Technically as you are the seller, you should be sending the buyer an Invoice.

Welcome to our Community Forum 

snowshoe is right that it's probably best to send your Buyer an invoice here.

Here's how you can do this on your end:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Click Request Money near the top of the page.
3. Click Create Invoice near the top of the page and fill out the on-screen form.
