Issues receiving Money

Morning all -  my sister is been trying for a week now to send me money and we keep getting different issues. I am also trying all morning to contact paypal customer service and keep getting music.

 

The issues we get are the below: Issue one:

 

Payment Declined as - the receipient doesnt accept payments from this card or bank. 

 

Issue two:  you cannot send money via this card / bank 

 

We are very confused as I send money to her before ( she has a greek account) and we dont understand what is the issue?!!

 

I even asked for my limit increase - day 3 no - and still dont have my four digit code. I been using paypal for years now never had an issue and this is very frustrutating to say the  least. Thanks all

You converting the currency when sending the payment and have you asked you're friend if they've had a new bank or account as sometimes banks won't allow payments from overseas without permission and or they/you have set up the payment incorrect when sending. How are you sending the money to bank account or PayPal ....

 

But cant you send the money directly to their PayPal account instead of the bank account, i.e. Transfer to their PayPal balance.
