trouble accepting payment in another currency

i go throught this proccess but the money does not appear in my account, im not given an option to convert the currency, and upon refresh of paypal im presented with screen in the first screenshot again. am i doing something wrong? help please

Hey dude!

Paypal reserve the right to hold/review the payment. Usually takes 2hours - maximum 72hour hold while they review it.
