I am unable to link my visa debit card of STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD Bank in India to my paypal acount.When I try to add it says "Card declined by the issuer" in paypal app and "This card is not valid use a different one" on desktop.Please help.What are the offers or features I miss if I dont add a card in my paypal?
