Paypal has been upsetting me for sometime now but this one has to be a bug or something. Basically I have a linked debit card that Paypal has never had problems w/ before. But when I try to withdraw my paypal balance to my card, it keeps asking me to link my card as if it isn't linked. Even worse when I enter my card info to link it again it just says "Successfully linked" or something like that but immediately asks me to link it again. This is really frustrating and I can't link it to my bank account only my card which I should have no problem doing.
